Once you verify your account, you will be able to make a deposit from your personal SEPA bank account.

To make a deposit you need to know the banking details, to find them:

  1. Go to your Accounts page;

  2. Scroll down until you find your Euro account;

  3. On the right, you will see the bank details that you need to use for the deposit:

Important note: To avoid any issues, please only use a SEPA payment method for your deposits.

If your IBAN starts with DE, you need to include your reference code. All the deposits without it will be sent back, and a fine may apply.

But if your IBAN starts with GB, it means it’s unique, and you don’t have to use any reference at all. Still, you may include your IBAN as a reference, if you’d like.

The SEPA deposits are free and are usually credited to your NearPay account in 1-2 business days. The minimum deposit amount is €10.

NB: Deposits must be sent from a bank account that is held in your name. Third-party deposits cannot be accepted and thus will not be processed.

If you plan to make transfers using a joint bank account, please, contact us via chat or [email protected], and we will let you know if you can use it for bank transfers.

*Bank details required for deposits may be subject to change from time to time, so please double-check that all information is up-to-date before making deposits to ensure that your funds are processed in a timely manner. As soon as your deposit has been processed, you will receive an email with your new balance.
