The NearPay card is a prepaid card, which means that before you can use it, you need to top up its balance first.

Currently, there are three ways to do this:

  • From your NearPay account;

  • From another card via Visa Direct;

  • Via your Skrill account.

It looks as follows:

  1. Go to the Accounts page and click on the card that you wish to top up;

  2. Click on the Unload button;

  3. Select a wallet you want to top up your card from. The loading fee is 1%. Please note that if the currency of the wallet differs from the currency of your card, we'll also apply an exchange fee of 1%. Remember not to exceed your card load limits;

  4. Click on the Load button;

  5. Confirm the transfer if everything is correct.

That's all!

NB: NearPay card loads are included in the total withdrawal limit of €15,000 monthly, along with cryptocurrency withdrawals and bank withdrawals. This limit can be increased if you complete an additional verification designed for that specific purpose. You’d need to fill in the Source of Funds declaration, then, once we verify it, proceed with video verification. After that, we will raise the limits according to the provided information. To apply for the Source of Funds form and get additional details about the limits increase procedure, contact our support team via the live chat or at [email protected].
