Email

To change the email address, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the main page of your NearPay account;

  2. Click your name in the upper right corner of your screen and choose My account;

  3. Choose Personal details;

  4. Press the Change email button, then write down the email address you want to use, and boom – you've nailed it! 👌

NB: we'll send a confirmation email to the currently linked email address as well as to the new email address, so please make sure you have access to them beforehand.
In case something goes wrong, you can always contact our Support team by sending a message via live chat or to [email protected].

Password

You can change the password in the My account menu as well. Let us quickly navigate you through the process:

  1. Go to My account menu;

  2. Choose the Security settings section;

  3. Enter your current password and the password you want to use instead;

  4. Click the Change password button. All set! 🎉

PRO TIP: enable the two-factor authentication. It's a very important step in ensuring the safety of your account.

Phone number

If you want to change the verified phone number, then please contact our Support team by sending a message in the live chat or by email to [email protected].

Address

Referral nickname

Although, in order to make substantial changes (for example, you want to update the specified name from El Doe to Jonathan Stewart Sutherland), you'd need to provide us with an applicable document showing your name.
