Once you verify your account, you will be able to deposit funds from your personal SEPA bank account to your NearPay Euro account.

To make a deposit, you need to know your bank details. There are two ways of getting them:

1st variant (A.K.A. the fastest):

  1. Select your Euro account in the Portfolio tab;

  2. Tap the ➕Top up button;

  3. You’ll see your bank details there. Use them to send the funds from your bank account.

2nd variant:

  1. Go to the Transfers (🔁 icon) tab;

  2. Select Deposit in the Bank section;

  3. Choose your Euro account;

  4. You’ll see your bank details there. Use them to send the funds from your bank account.

Important note: To avoid any issues, please only use a SEPA payment method for your deposits.

If your IBAN starts with DE, you need to include your reference code. All the deposits without it will be sent back.

But if your IBAN starts with GB, it means it’s unique, and you don’t have to use any reference at all. Still, you may include your IBAN as a reference, if you’d like.

Please note that Euro deposits are not fast. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days* to process a Euro bank deposit. On the bright side, they are free of charge, unlike card deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR.

If you have any issues with your deposit, please check this guide.

NB: We can’t accept deposits from any third-party or business bank accounts. The bank account you use with NearPay can be opened in your name only.

If you plan to make transfers using a joint bank account, or you just have questions, please, contact us via chat or [email protected].

*If your bank supports Real-Time Transfers/Instant Payments, then the deposit will be processed in less than an hour.
