The first thing you need to do is to open your iOS app and immediately block your card to avoid possible fraud. To do that, you need to:

  1. Go to the Cards tab, find the card you want to lock;

  2. Tap on the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right corner;

  3. Choose Lock card and then tap Lock.

No worries, you can unlock your card any time you want by pressing the Unlock button in the ⚙️ Settings.

Then please check everything one more time to make sure the card is really lost. If you didn't find the card, please tap the Unload button to withdraw funds back to your NearPay account. You can find the detailed guide here (link to the funds' transfer guide).
